Other Requirements

Provide a copy of the Import/Export License. Electronic submission of inventories, photographs, and receipts. Documentation of each animal skin by type.

Exemptions

A conviction, or entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, for a felony violation of a the Lacey Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, or the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act disqualifies any such person from receiving or exercising the privileges of a permit, unless such disqualification has been expressly waived by the Service Director in response to a written petition.
