Law Enforcement issues CITES export permits for furs or skins of bobcat, river otter, Alaska lynx, Alaska gray wolf, Alaska brown bear, or American alligator. CITES is the International Trade in Endangered Species.
Each exportation
Title 50, Parts 10-24 subchapter B of Chapter I of Title 50
Provide a copy of the Import/Export License. Electronic submission of inventories, photographs, and receipts. Documentation of each animal skin by type.
A conviction, or entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, for a felony violation of a the Lacey Act, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, or the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act disqualifies any such person from receiving or exercising the privileges of a permit, unless such disqualification has been expressly waived by the Service Director in response to a written petition.
