Authorizes bingo games which have prizes of ten dollars ($10.00) or less or merchandise that is not redeemable for cash and that has a value of ten dollars ($10.00) or less.

Cannot have a conviction under the bingo general statutes for one year prior to obtaining a license. Must submit a copy of the lease or rental agreement for the location where the bingo games will be conducted.
