Required of any person, firm or corporation who for a valuable consideration, verifies, inspects, evaluates, tests, installs, alters or restores, or offers to verify, inspect, evaluate, test, install, alter or restore Heating Group 2. This license is required for employees of State or local government entity who engage in HVAC work.

GS 87, Article 2
Documentation of 3,000 hours of experience and Certified Background criminal history report.
Currently licensed Heating Group 2 contractors, or Heating Group 2 technicians who obtained licensure by examination, are exempt from experience and examination requirements.
