Person responsible for management and operation of a crematory. Must be either licensed to practice funeral directing or funeral service and be qualified as a crematory technician.

Must be licensed as a Funeral Director or Funeral Service and also certified as a Crematory/Hydrolysis Technician or obtain a Crematory/Hydrolysis manager permit issued by the Board: must be 18 yrs. old, have good moral character and be certified as a Crematory/Hydrolysis Technician;
