Aircraft Mechanic

Aircraft mechanics, also referred to as airframe and powerplant mechanics, repair, maintain and overhaul aircraft. They may be required to work on powerplants, and/or electrical systems, hydraulics, fuel systems, air conditioning, powerplant (jet) electrical systems, pneumatics, navigation systems and any other aircraft system that must meet federal aviation administration (FAA) regulations.
