Emergency Medical Technicians (Emts) Administer First-Aid Treatment And Transport Sick Or Injured Persons To Medical Facilities, Working As A Member Of An Emergency Medical Team. They Assist The Treatment Center In Obtaining Records Of Information Related To Victims And May Assist Professional Medical Personnel In Emergency Treatment Administered At A Medical Facility. They Are Also Responsible For Maintaining Vehicles And Medical And Communication Equipment And Replenishing First-Aid Equipment And Supplies. They Sometimes Work As Volunteers.
