Other Requirements

A valid fish dealer license is required to obtain this permit. There are daily reporting requirements associated with this permit during the black sea bass trawl season. Seasons and trip limits for the trawl fishery are established by proclamation. Outside of that season there is a 100 pound limit on the amount of black sea bass from the ocean that dealers may purchase.
