Prescription Drug Third Party Logistic Provider Only

An entity that provides or coordinates warehousing or any logistical services for a prescription drug product on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of that product, but does not take ownership of that product, nor have responsibility to direct the sale or disposition of that product. A common carrier, an entity that solely provides transportation services but does not take ownership of the product nor direct the sale or disposition of the product, provides logistical services but is not considered to be a third-party logistics provider.
