Every Person Engaged In Public Practice Of Accounting As A Principal Or Manager. Includes Certified Public Accountants Which Means Accountants Which Have Been Through The Board Of CPA Examiners. Also Includes Bookkeepers Who Act As Independent Contractors Whose Work Consist Of Accounting Or Preparing Income Tax Returns For A Fee. This Is A Personal Privilege And Is Issued Only In The Name Of The Individual. Must Provide Social Security Number When Applying For This. This Applies To Accountants, Certified Public Accountants And Bookkeepers.
