An Individual Holding This Is Allowed To Use Limited Amounts Of Specified Commercial Gear To Catch Seafood For Personal Consumption Or Recreational Purposes. The Holder Of This May Not Sell The Catch And The Catch Must Stay Within Recreational Harvest Limits. Usually, The Individual Will Not Be Eligible For The Scfl/Rscfl. Only One Rcgl Is To Be Issued Per Individual.
