To Sell Fish Taken In A Tournament, The Tournament Organizer Must Obtain A Recreational Fishing Tournament To Sell Fish By Applying 30 Days In Advance Of The Event. The Holder Of The Can Only Sell The Tournament'S Catch To A d Fish Dealer. Tournaments That Wish To Sell To The Public Must Acquire A Fish Dealer . Proceeds From The Sale Of Fish Must Be Used For Religious, Educational, Civic, Or Conservation Purposes. Proceeds Are Not To Be Used For Tournament Expenses. The Tournament Organizer Must Apply 30 Days In Advance Of The Tournament.
