Also, Must Have Had A Vessel Or Land Or Sell Endorsement To Sell For January 1994 - July 1995. The Applicant Must Have Documented Landings From A Single Vessel At Least 1,000 Pounds Of Ocean Caught Flounder In 2 Of The 3 Qualifying Years. The Fisherman Must Have A Valid/Current SCFL/RSCFL And CFVR Or Land Or Sell .
