Modular Manufacturers Must Continually Demonstrate The Ability To Produce Buildings That Are Compliant With NC Codes In Force At The Time Of Manufacture, And Must Promptly Resolve Consumer Complaints That Are Attributable To The manufacturer. Third Party Certification Agencies Are Charged With Continual Assurance Of Same. For Both Modular Manufacturers And Third Party Certification Agencies, The Approval Is Of Indefinite Duration. Annual Renewals Are Required.
