Transfer or Introduce Marine & Estuarine Organisms

Introducing into coastal waters live aquatic animals or plants not native to North Carolina; transferring of species which are native, but which originated outside the state's boundaries; and holding or maintaining any imported marine or estuarine organisms in a quarantine or isolation system for brood stock or growout.
