The Term Includes Manufacturers, Re-packers, Own Label Distributors, Private Label Distributors, Jobbers, Brokers, Warehouses, Independent Wholesale Drug Traders And Retail Pharmacies That Conduct Wholesale Distributions.

Exemptions

In Lieu Of Licensing, A Wholesale Distributor Who Has No Facilities In This State May Register Under G.S. 106-140.1 If The Wholesale Distributor Possesses A Valid Granted By Another State That Has requirements Substantially Similar To Those Requirements Prescribed By Article 12A Of Chapter 106 Of The N.C. General Statutes.
