Anyone engaged in the activity of pumping, transporting, storing, treating or disposing of septage must have a septage management firm permit prior to commencing operation.

A Septage Hauler May Be Exempt From Paying The Annual Permitting Fee If Pumping His/Her Own Septic Tanks, E.G., The Owner Of A Mobile Home Park Who Pumps The Park'S Septic Tanks At No Cost To The Mobile Home Owners; However, The Individual Must Complete The Appropriate Applications And Register With The Department.
