A Commercial Drivers License Is Required For Any Person Who Drives A Commercial Motor Vehicle That: Has A Gross Vehicle Weight Or Gross Combined Vehicle Weight Of 26,001 Pounds Or More; Is Designed To Carry 16 Or More People, Including The Driver; Or Carries Hazardous Materials Required By Federal Law To Be Placarded. Endorsement fees which is $4/yr. for the length of the license. Fees are calculated on annual basis.
Drivers Of Recreational Vehicles When Used For Personal Use.; Drivers Of Vehicles Owned And Operated By The Department Of Defense When On Military Duty Or Missions.; Drivers Of Fire Fighting Or Emergency Vehicles.; Drivers Of Farm Vehicles That Are Controlled And Operated By The Farmer Or His Employee; Transporting Agricultural Or Farm Supplies Both To And From The Farm; Not Used In The Operations Of A Common Or Contract Carrier; Used Within 150 Miles Of The Farm.
