Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs

To Provide For The Development, Establishment, And Enforcement Of Basic Rules And Certification: For The Care And Treatment Of Individuals In Out-Of- Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs; And For The Maintenance And Operation Of Cardiac Rehabilitation To Ensure Safe And Adequate Treatment Of Individuals In Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs Certificate To Operate Issued Only For The Premises And Persons Named In The Application And Shall Not Be Transferable Or Assignable Except With The Written Approval Of The Department. Certificate Must Be Posted In A Conspicuous Place On The Certified Premises.
