An Exempt Organization Must Complete Application For To Bingo Games. Application Should Be Submitted 30 Days Prior To Bingo Game Date And Should Contain Statement Of Recognition Of Exemptions And Determination Letter From IRS And The N.C. Department Of Revenue; It Should State Organization Is Exempt And Section In Which Exemption Is Granted. If Organization Has Local Branch Or Chapter "Exempt Organization" Means The Chapter Or Branch Operating The Bingo Game. Organization Should File Report With Department And Local Law Enforcement Agency 30 Days Following Game To Determine If Game Was Conducted In Accordance With Provisions In Part A, Gs 14.309.7.
