It Is Unlawful To Use Pound Nets In Internal Coastal Fishing Waters Without The Owner's Identification Being Clearly Printed On A Sign Securely Attached On An Outside Corner Stake Of Each Net. The Pound Net Permit Number And The Owner'S Last Name And Initials Must Be Identified. It Is Unlawful To Set Pound Nets, Or Any Part Thereof Except Location Identification Stakes At Each End Of Proposed New Locations Without First Obtaining A Pound Net Permit From The Fisheries Director.
