This Authorizes A NC Resident (Individual Or Business) With A Physical Location Within NC To Buy Fish For Resale From Any Person Who Holds A Valid Commercial Fishing That Allows Sale Of Fish. A Fish Dealer Is Required For Each Location. The Fish Dealer Must Comply With Statistical Report Requirements.
