Each Applicant, Owner, Officer, Director And/Or Manager Must Pass A Background Investigation Into His/Her Character, Criminal Record, And Business Integrity; Must Deposit $25,000 Bond Executed By Duly Authorized Surety Company; Must Submit A Detailed Schedule Of All Fees And Charges That Will Be Made For Services Rendered To Clients; Must Submit For Approval A Copy Of Any Contract Clients Will Be Required To Sign. In Addition, Job Listing Services must have a separate license for each location at which it maintains an office.
Any Educational, Religious, Charitable, Fraternal, Or Benevolent Organization Not Charging A Fee.; Any Employment Service Operated By The Government Or Its Agencies.; Any Temporary Service That Does Not Charge A Fee For Providing Information About Employment.; Newspapers Of General Circulation That Don't Profess To Adapt Information To The Needs Or Desires Of An Individual Subscriber.; Employment offices that charge no fee to the applicant other than union dues and which are used solely for the hiring of employees under a valid union contract by the employers subscribing to this contract.
