Any person, firm, association, or corporation which uses any device or instrument, regardless of its name or design, for the purpose of the detection of deception or any person who reviews the work product of an examiner including charts, tapes or other methods of record keeping for the purpose of detecting deception or determining accuracy.

Exam: Successful completion of a Polygraph course at a Board approved school, successful completion of an examination and performance test administered by a panel of polygraph examiners designated by the Board, and one year of experience within the past three years. Be at least 18 years of age with a high school degree or equivalent; Be a US citizen or a resident alien Be of good moral character with temperate habits (no criminal record) criminal background check; one set of fingerprints; five personal reference questionnaire forms; If a Veteran, copy of DD214 or letter from commanding officer if currently in military; If not US Citizen, documentation verifying legal alien status; Education Fund Fee (one time new issuance only) and Fingerprint Card Fee
