18 years of age with a high school degree or equivalent; Be a US citizen or a resident alien (If not US Citizen, documentation verifying legal alien status); Be of good moral character with temperate habits (no criminal record) criminal background check; one set of fingerprints; five personal reference questionnaire forms; if a Veteran, copy of DD214 or letter from commanding officer if currently in military; Associates Shall Be Directly Supervised By A e Approved By The Board. Associates Shall Maintain A Log On A Form Provided By The Board As Evidence Of Experience. See 12 NCAC 7D, .0400, .0403. Applicant Needs To Be Familiar With Character Requirements In Gs 74C 8(D) And Gs 74C 9(H). See 12 Ncac 7D .1100. Education Fund Fee (one time new issuance only) and Fingerprint Card Fee
