Solid Waste Treatment/Processing Facility

Permit To Operate A Facility Used In The Treatment And Processing Of Solid Waste Capable Of Being Decomposed By Microorganisms With Sufficient Rapidity As To Cause Nuisances From Odors And Gores, Such As Kitchen Wastes, Office waste and Carcasses, For Final Disposal Or For Utilization By Reclaiming Or Recycling. Each Permit Applications Must Be Accompanied By Three Sets Of The Following Information: Site And Operation Plans; Approval Letter From The Unit Of Local Government Having Zoning Authority Over The Area Where The Facility Is To Be Located; And Any Other Information Pertinent To The Proposed Facility.
