Solid Waste Transfer Facility

Permit To Operate Facility Which Is A Permanent Structure With Mechanical Equipment Used For The Collection And Or Compaction Of Solid Waste Prior To The Transportation Of Solid Waste For Final Disposal. A Minimum Of Three Sets Of The Following Information Shall Be Required In Each Application To Operate A Transfer Facility: Site And Operation Planes; An Approval Letter From The Unit Of Local Government Having Zoning Authority Over The Area Where The Facility Is To Be Located, And Any Other Information Pertinent To The Proposed Facility.
