Permit Which Allows The Operation Of A Facility Which Utilizes The Process Of Burning Solid, Semi-Solid Or Gaseous Combustible Waste To An Inoffensive Gas And A Residue Containing Little Or No Combustible Material. Applications Are Required For Each Proposed Incinerator. A Minimum Of Two Sets Of Plans Are Required For Each Application. Site And Operation Plans For The Proposed Incinerator; A Copy Of The Air Quality Permit Application To The Division Of Air Quality, Department Of NRCD; An Approval Letter From The Unit Of Local Government Having Zoning Authority Over The Area Where The Facility Is To Be Located; And The Type, Quantity And Source Of Waste For Disposal.
