Which Allows The Making Of Bedding From New Materials For Sale Purpose. All Materials Used In The Manufacture Of Bedding Shall Be Free Of Toxic Materials, And Must Be Made From New Materials. Persons Manufacturing Bedding In This State Or Manufacturing Bedding To Be Sold In This State Must Apply For A Registration Number On A Form Prescribed By The Secretary. A Tag Must Be Attached Securely To All Bedding Bearing Printed Information.

Bedding Manufactured By A Non-Profit Agency For The Blind Or Severely Handicapped - The Provisions Of The Statute Must Be Satisfied; However, No Fees Are Required. State Institutions Engaged In The Manufacture, Renovation Or Sensitization Of Bedding For Their Own Use Or That Of Another State Institution.
