Certification Of A Person'S Competency To Supervise The Operation Of A Water Treatment Facility. The Water Treatment Facility Operators Board Of Certification Has Established Grades Of Certification For Operators Which Correspond To The Classification Of Water Treatment Facilities. Certificates Are Permanent Unless Revoked Or Replaced By One Of A Higher Grade. Certificates May Be Issued Without Examination To Persons Who Hold A Certificate In Any State, Territory Or Possession In The U.S. Every Person, Firm Or Corporation, Municipal Or Private, Owning Or Having Control Of A Water Treatment Facility Is Legally Obligated To Assure That The Operator In Charge Of A Water Treatment Facility Is Duly Certified Under The Provisions Of The Statute.
