X-Ray; Radiation Machine Registration

Registration Which Allows The Operation Of Radiation And X-Ray Machine. Applications Must Be Submitted To The Department Of Environment & Natural Resources With The Following: A Copy Of The Operating And Emergency Procedures For Each Machine; A Description Of The Radiation Safety Program; A Description Of Available Radiation Detection Instrumentation, And Name, Training And Experience Of The Operators Of Each Machine. Also, The Name Of The Person Designated As The Safety Offices Must Be Listed On The Application For Registration, With That Person'S Training And Experience Attached.
