Applies To An Individual Specially Trained In Emergency Care In A Training Program Approved By The Office Of Emergency Medical Services Who Has Been Certified By The Board Of Medical Examiners As Qualified To Render Specific Medical Services To Sick And Injured Persons At The Scene Of A Medical Emergency And During Transport To A Health Care Facility.
