Compliance With Licensure Rules 10A NCAC 13F
The Following Facilities Are Exempt. (1) Those Which Care For One Person Only; (2) Those Caring For Two Or More Persons, All Of Whom Are Related By Blood Or Marriage To The Facility Operator; (3) Those Which Make No Charge For Care; (4) Those Which Care For No More Than Four Persons, All Of Whom Are Under The Supervision Of The VA; (5) Any Institution Operated By A Government Unit, By Any Commercial Inn Or Hotel Or Any Facility By The Medical Care Commission.
