(1) Home Which Care For One Person Only; (2) Homes Which Care For Two Or More Persons, All Of Whom Are Related By Blood Or By Marriage To The Operator Of The Facility; (3) Those Which Make No Charge For Care; (4) Those Which Care For No More Than Four Persons, All Of Whom Are Under The Supervision Of The Va; (5) Any Institution Operated By A Government Unit, By Any Commercial Inn Or Hotel Or Any Facility By The Medical Care Commission.
