Each Individual Patron Of An Establishment, With The Permission Of The Permittee, To Bring Up To Eight Liters Of Fortified Wine Or Spirituous Liquor, Or Eight Liters Of The Two Combined, Onto The Premises And To Consume Those Alcoholic Beverages On The Premises.
