No Institution Subject To This Section Shall Undertake Post-Secondary Degree Activity In This State, Whether Through Itself Or Through An Agent, Unless The Institution Is Provided In This Section To Conduct Post-Secondary Degree Activity Or Is Exempt From Licensure Under This Section.
