Such A Facility Or Establishment May, In Addition To Providing Shelter, Food And Water, Offer Grooming Or Other Services For Dogs And/Or Cats. No Person Shall Operate A Boarding Kennel Unless A To Operate Such Establishment Shall Have Been Granted By The Department Of Agriculture - Animal Welfare Section.

Place Or Establishment Which Is Operated Under The Immediate Supervision Of A Duly d Veterinarian As A Hospital Where Animals Are Harbored, Boarded, Etc. During The Routine Practice Of The Profession Of Veterinary Medicine. Any Individual Who Occasionally Boards An Animal On A Noncommercial Basis For A Fee To Cover Cost Of Boarding.
