Persons Whose Sales Of Pesticides Are Limited To Pesticides In Consumer-Sized Packages (As Defined By The Board) Which Are Labeled And Intended For Home And Garden Use Only And Are Not Restricted Use Pesticides, Or Practicing Veterinarians And Physicians Who Prescribe, Dispense, Or Use Pesticides In The Performance Of Their Professional Services.
