Drug manufacturers, wholesalers, and repackers are required to register or license each location operating in North Carolina annually. Out-of-state prescription drug manufacturers, repackers, or wholesalers shipping directly to North Carolina are also required to be properly registered.

Pharmacists By The North Carolina Board Of Pharmacy; Practitioners d Or Registered By Law To Prescribe Or Administer Drugs Solely For Use In The Course Of Their Professional Practice; Persons Who Manufacture, Prepare, Compound, Or Process Drugs Solely For Use In Research, Teaching, Or Chemical Analysis And Not For Sale; Those Found Exempt By North Carolina Department Of Agriculture.
