Feed Reporting Permit To Report Tonnage Shipped; A label for each product listed must accompany the application $5.00 for packages of over 5 pounds net weight, $40.00 for packages of only 5 pounds or less and $12.00 for canned (in cans or hermetically sealed containers) pet food.
